Morgen is passionate about helping organizations leverage technology to reach, serve, and delight their audience. Starting her career in Chicago as a consultant, she has 10 years of experience working with start-ups, non-profits, and multi-division corporations.
Cassie Rich

Cassie has a deep breadth of practical knowledge to help brands accomplish their goals through web design and the logistics of marketing. Her positive attitude gets projects over technical hurdles and across the finish line every time.

Morgen has owned Beyond The Trend since 2017, and they have been located in the suite of office/studio space in the classic Vero landmark, the 2001 Building since the fall of that year. Morgen prides herself on fostering a creative environment and having a team that always looks out for the best interests of their clients, vendors and partners.
An active member of the community, Morgen is a member of the IRC Chamber, sits on the Board of Directors of Main Street Vero Beach, and serves on the Marketing and Welcoming committees of Impact 100.
She is happily married to an Iraq veteran and together they've adopted 2 dogs and 2 cats and manage many employees.
When not working or cleaning up pet fur, Morgen, enjoys travel, great food, vintage music, and the beach.
