Next 7 Years
"It's been an incredible journey so far. So many great clients, community partners, and team members have come alongside and we've created some really cool marketing campaigns and been a part of some fantastic events in the last 7 years.

What I love most about this industry is that it is constantly evolving, and it challenges the agency and myself to constantly evolve. When I started in this business, bite-sized vertical videos were something no one had conceptualized. Now that's 50% of the content we create on a weekly basis!

I look forward to pushing the limits of our creative, and our tech even further in the next 7 years. Tools like AI are going to level up EVERY business. What you used to get for a $5000 budget 5 years ago can now look like you spent $10,000 because of the tools we have now.
Technology opens so many doors for business owners and can help them compete against the big guys. That's why we do what we do. To help businesses succeed."

2017
incorporated & opened office
Morgen Reynolds founded Beyond The Trend in 2017 and moved into the 2001 Building a week before having to evacuate for Hurricane Irma.

After working as a freelance marketer in Chicago for 6 years, this was a stormy introduction to owning her own agency. But Morgen really wanted to be able to offer clients more...
2020
surviving covid era
BTT donated time and energy to webinars and education to help local businesses use any and all digital tools available to help make it through this tough time.

Part of why Morgen began a career in marketing was because the internet was the great equalizer of the early 2000s. It offered endless possibilities for any size business... and despite the hardships of 2020, helping shops, companies, and non-profits better adapt to using the internet ended up helping them grow for the future.
2021
events are back
2021 was an exciting year as business and people slowly returned to a more normal lifestyle.
BTT loved helping create beautiful events that united people and causes - still a big part of our agency work today.
2022 - 2024
tiktok, times are changing
Covid changed the way people consume media, and we are here for it! We love helping clients create reels and TikToks, which increase engagement, make the algorithm happy, and can be used as digital ads as well.
But we also still love building and updating websites, helping clients optimize for mobile users, and ensuring that all communication is streamlined and cohesive. The goal is to lead customers from one call to action to the next.

In 2023 Morgen served as Young Professionals of Indian River (IRC Chamber of Commerce) Chairperson and was granted the YPNer Of The Year Award

In Oct. 2024 Morgen was elected President of the Board for Main Street Vero Beach
